Rita's Italian Ice and Custard of Lake Norman is currently seeking a Shift Leader who is committed to exceptional customer service.
Must have weekday and weekend availability and must be available for early and late shifts as well. Must be at least 18 years old and willing to learn how to make ice.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee Treat Team Members
- Make Rita's Proprietary Italian Ice when needed
- Make all Rita’s treats and serve guests with a smile
- Provide guests with a level of service beyond their expectations while showing sensitivity to their individual needs
- Make a memorable connection and commit to making each guest's experience the best
- Dedicate to keeping the facility clean and well organized
- Operate POS system
- Adherence to Rita's standard operating procedures, with a strong focus on achieving excellence in sanitation and food quality
- Supervise and complete daily cleaning tasks and checklists, ensuring stations are sanitized, organized and sufficiently stocked
- Clean / sanitize various equipment; ice machines, dip boxes, refrigerators, topping stations
- Work hard and have FUN while doing so!
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- A team player with attention to detail
- Friendly with a genuine desire to make people smile
- Great communicator
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Enforce Regulations and Guidelines
- Ability to lift and / or carry at least 40 lbs.
- Available to work during the week and weekends in varying shifts. Hours will be anytime between 10am-1130pm.
- At least 18-years-old with reliable transportation
