In This Role You Will

  • Be a Pioneer : Shape our US strategy and establish a strong presence in a new market.
  • Own the Sales Cycle : Lead deals end-to-end and build lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

As Sales Director, You Will

  • Own the entire sales process – from outbound outreach to contract signing.
  • Build strong relationships with marketing and creative leaders at brands, agencies, and partners.
  • Establish and scale our presence in the US market, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Use a consultative, insight-led approach to articulate our value proposition and ROI.
  • Represent us at key industry events to build awareness and generate new business.
  • Stay on top of market trends and share feedback to influence our roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
  • What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • A “hunter” mentality with a proven track record in the AdTech and MarTech industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably selling to CMOs and marketing executives.
  • Demonstrated success closing mid-market to enterprise deals and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • A strategic thinker who knows how to open doors, build trust, and move deals fast.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
