A company is looking for a Resolution Specialist responsible for managing complaints, incidents, and accidents for designated clients.
Key Responsibilities
Document, investigate, and resolve complaints for assigned clients within specified timeframes
Monitor compliance with client service level agreements and report non-compliance issues
Compile and submit reports on incidents, accidents, and complaint trends to leadership
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or G.E.D
2 years of customer service experience
Previous Quality & Compliance experience preferred
Some college education preferred
Working knowledge of customer service protocols and procedures preferred
