JobDescription :
Responsiblefor designing and creating packaging and product artwork to supportthe manufacturing requirements for all products produced by theBoulder Packaging & Labeling Operations Innovation Group.
Mustincorporate customer requirements and ensure standardization ofartwork development in compliance with Client designstandards.

Essential Duties andResponsibilities :
Responsible for the graphic design requirements forpackaging and product artwork including the production of labelslidstock and display box artwork;
support for formal artworkapprovals; and maintenance of packaging labeling developmentprocedures.
- Verifies vendor proofs makescorrections or communicates changes to ensure all printedcomponents match approved artwork files.
- Effectively manages multiple projects changes in projectscope and shifting priorities to maintain project requirements andensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborates withdepartment and crossfunctional peers to ensure proper resolution toquestions and issues that arise during the artwork developmentprocess.
JobQualifications :
- Excellentcommunication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and strong attention todetail.
- Understanding of label printingapplications.
- Proficient with design softwareincluding Adobe InDesign Illustrator Acrobat and MicrosoftOffice.
- Proficient in using MAC OperatingSystems.
- Ability to work with department peersand middle management within the marketing engineering andmanufacturing functional groups.
Education Required :
Fouryear college degree.
Experience :
- Significant previous experience in graphicdesign production.
- Experience in thedevelopment of labeling for the medical device industrypreferred.
