Minimum of 18 months *recent* Med / Surg Telemetry experience. nMust have at least 18mos PERM Med / Surg Telemetry experience.
nMUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND nAHA BLS & ACLS required and NIHSS certificate nTraveler must work at least every other holiday.
n nPBDS Assessment waived. nECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
