Constellation Search Group is immediately staffing for a Project Manager over Commercial Construction. This is a direct hire position with base salary, 15% bonus and fantastic benefits including remote work one week a month.

Top Must Haves
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on project management experience in the construction industry - preferably in commercial construction.
- Examples of overseeing projects $10M+ would be ideal
- Experience with PM tools like Procore would be a plus
- Strong communication skills - will be working directly with subcontractors, owners and superintendents in the field when visiting project sites.
Additional Needs
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, demonstrating successful project completions on time and within budget
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing circumstances.
