Responsibilities This Occupational Therapist will be responsible for planning and implementing treatment based on goals provided as well as documentation for services and parent education.
No two children are the same and therapists will need to use their expertise and creativity to connect with their clients, implementing a variety of approaches to find the just right therapeutic fit for your clients.
Our therapy style is primarily play-based in a one-on-one setting. Therapists will need to be self-driven, organized, a quick learner, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time while providing high-touch service to clients, families, and caregivers.
The PRN Occupational Therapist would be responsible for providing coverage and support when the primary therapists are unavailable due to various reasons, ensuring continuity of care and maintaining service levels.
Hours are Monday-Friday, with appointments needing coverage between 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM daily. The schedule can adjust daily and will be based on available hours provided by the PRN therapist.
This opportunity offers flexibility, as the positions can be structured as summer-only roles or tailored to commence earlier or later based on the clinic's needs and the preferences of the therapists.

Requirements Applicants should have relevant pediatric experience; Kansas Occupational Therapy License; A Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university;
