Associate Attorney
Attorney opportunity in west Los Angeles!!!
An exciting, growing law firm specializing in legal malpractice and commercial litigation is seeking an associate attorney for its expanding team.
The firm handles interesting litigation, is very hybrid flex, and has low billables - 1650 per year !!
The firm is based on the west side but will be hybrid and remote flexible once the attorney has settled in.
Associate Attorney Responsibilities :
- This person will work on legal malpractice and business litigation matters.
- Discovery, including depositions.
- Law and motion.
- Court appearances.
- Pleadings.
- Communicating with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel.
- Billable Hour Req : 1650
Compensation, Benefits, Other Perks :
- Salary from $120,000 to $160,000
- Several ways to bonus! Annual bonuses tied to performance, which includes hours billed, quality of performance, success;
annual holiday bonuses; and period performance bonuses.

Requirements
- 3+ years of litigation experience, exposure to legal malpractice and professional liability a major plus.
- Strong writing - samples will be requested, ideally an MSJ.
- Licensed by the CA Bar.
- Commutable to Culver City, the role can become hybrid or even heavily remote once the firm knows the attorney is capable of producing quality work.
