The Production Packer is responsible for efficiently packing bags into boxes as they are produced and ensuring all quality standards are met or exceeded — delivering safe, cost-effective, and high-quality products to our customers. You’ll collaborate with team members to help drive efficiency on the production floor.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday

Night shift : 8 : 10 PM to 6 : 30 AM

No weekends!

What You Bring to the Table

1+ year of experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred)

Strong dedication to consistent attendance and reliability

Willingness to follow food safety and manufacturing protocols

Ability to understand English and perform basic math functions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
