About the Role

REHAU Incorporated, a leading international construction materials manufacturer, is seeking an outgoing and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator for our Building Solutions Division. The Radiant Heating and Plumbing business unit is dedicated to bringing high-quality PEX polymer piping systems to the American marketplace.

Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for promoting and managing relationships with both current and new customers throughout the sales territory. This role includes processing and reviewing customer orders, providing customer support, and acting as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives. Additional responsibilities include managing the customer claims process, overseeing incentive programs, and verifying sales activity for commission programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and manage relationships with current and new customers.
  • Process, review, and maintain incoming customer orders to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and outside sales representatives to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Manage the customer claims process, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain customer records in Salesforce, send product samples and literature, and ensure accurate pricing profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • One or more years of relevant inside sales, customer service, or internship experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • Experience with SAP and / or Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
