Job Details
- A large system in Nebraska / Iowa are looking for a day Med / Surg RN.
- 12 Hour shifts / 36 hours per week.
Job Requirements
- RN's - Pass / Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
- OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass.
- Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Schedule Information
- 0630-1900, 1830-0700
- every other weekend
Unit Specific Information
- Common Patient Diagnosis : post surgical, diabetes, HF, HTN, weakness, cancer
- RN Ratio : 5 : 01
- Candidate qualifications : good attitude, positive mindset, team player, sees the value in others, cares for our patients / team members as one of your own.
- We serve a diverse population, African American culture, Korean speaking population.
