Position : Client Relations Leader

Location : Savannah, GA

Compensation : $68-72k plus profit share ranging from $8-10k per year

Hours of Work : 6 : 30am to 5 : 30pm Monday through Thursday, with Fridays dedicated to planning and scheduling

Description : They have a $4.6mm branch in Savannah, GA, providing Commercial Maintenance and Enhancement Services. The branch maintains a 95% client retention rate and is managed by the Branch Manager. Due to growth, they need to add a new Client Relations Leader with the goal of expanding this branch to $7mm.

Software used : Aspire Software for managing relationships and operations.

Clients include Distribution Centers, Churches, Shopping Centers, Apartment Complexes, Condo Associations, and other commercial clients.

Job Description :

Department : Production

Reports to : Branch Leader

Supervise : Operations Leader

Job Purpose : Ensure excellent customer service and high-quality landscape management for clients in your region. Responsible for all contracts and proactive problem-solving to improve client landscapes and satisfaction.

Expectations :

• Client Management : Communicate effectively, focus on ideal clients, ensure high customer service, respond promptly, build relationships, update client info in Aspire, educate clients, retain at least 90% of contracts, and provide solutions using Aspire.
• Site Management / Quality : Meet with clients regularly, ensure satisfaction, measure sites, review and correct efficiency metrics, present solutions weekly, perform site audits monthly, and address property issues proactively.
• Supervising : Communicate with and hold the Operations Leader accountable, problem-solve issues, and be available for support.
• Sales : Upsell enhancement work, schedule and design projects, manage budgets, prepare proposals, maintain sales pipeline, and meet sales goals.
