Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in various initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and print.
- Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Help manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Assist with content creation for blogs, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events and trade shows.
- Maintain and update the marketing database and customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, email marketing platforms).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
