Project Manager - Hardware Electrical Engineering | Medical Device industry experience

Were looking for a Project Manager - Hardware Electrical Engineering to join Seeking a Seeking very experienced project manager who has experience with Jira hardware system.

This hire will be the go-to person for setting up and managing projects in Jira Software, ensuring our engineering teams have the structure, tools, and reporting they need to deliver high-quality results.

Several hardware projects in progress. Need someone with complete understanding / experience with Jira system. Medical device experience preferable.

What Youll Do :

  • Jira Expert Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to help drive success on our hardware electrical engineering projects.
  • In this role youll be the go-to person for setting up and managing projects in Jira Software ensuring our engineering teams have the structure tools and reporting they need to deliver high-quality results.
  • Youll work closely with engineers program management and leadership to streamline processes track progress and provide clear visibility into project performance.

  • Some responsibilities : Build configure and maintain Jira Software projects to support hardware electrical engineering teams. Partner with engineers and cross-functional teams to plan launch and track projects from kickoff through completion.
  • Create and maintain dashboards workflows and reports that give leadership visibility into project status and risks.
  • Consolidate project updates into clear portfolio- and program-level reporting. Lead process improvement initiatives to make our project management approach more efficient and effective.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on Jira best practices and other collaboration tools.

What youll bring

  • Minimum requirements : 8-14 years of project management experience depending on degree. Some degrees are EE Project Management Business management computer science etc.
  • Master's degree MBA -may have lesser years of experience Proven hands-on experience developing and managing projects in Jira Software - workflows dashboards reporting and integrations.
  • Background supporting hardware electrical engineering projects or other technical product development efforts.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Comfortable balancing day-to-day project tracking with long-term process improvement Preferred : Medical Device industry experience

    • 📍 Location : Arden Hills, Minnesota, (Onsite)

    💵 Pay : $80 $85 / hr.
