Job Description
The Global Sales Enablement team is seeking a Director, Sales Enablement & Training Production to lead content production for sales enablement and training. This essential role is responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sales training content tailored for a global sales force. This role involves creating and executing comprehensive sales training curriculums end-to-end, including instructional design and production of written, video, and multimedia content for a global audience. The ideal candidate is a skilled learning / instructional designer and storyteller with the ability to digest complex material and convert it into clear, consumable content for a sales audience, working collaboratively with subject matter experts without over-reliance on them. This position is pivotal in strategizing and implementing innovative learning solutions, laying the groundwork for a long-term goal of building a full production team and engine.

Compensation
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 169,100.00 to 245,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA / HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
