The Skunk Works (Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program) is looking for world class talent in Mission Controls Systems to be a part of a team that will carry on our 70 year legacy of making history in advanced aircraft development.
As part of the Mission Controls Systems team, the selected candidate will help design, develop, integrate and test a variety of mission system equipment onto airborne platforms.
The candidate will be expected to performs hands-on activities by building and installing electrical and mechanical components including cable assemblies, computer systems and voice / data communication devices.
The candidate will organize and manage multiple prototype development areas. The candidate will actively contribute in the Hardware Engineering Team developing several systems including System Integration Labs, Deployable Shelters, and Fixed Facilities in support of various projects.
Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
This position is located out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Desired skills
- Experience working with firewalls, network switches, and other computer networking devices
- Experience with ground systems hardware
- Ownership of, or ability to acquire and maintain a CAC card
