Position Details :

  • Location : Lawrence, KS (On-site Position)
  • Starting Pay : $15.00 / hr + potential bonuses exceeding $2,900!
  • Schedule : Limited-Service Part-Time positions available

Our center operates 24 / 7, and your targeted start date, hours, and schedule will be discussed with a recruiter. Evening and night shifts are encouraged, offering a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service for routine inquiries via various channels (telephone, email, web chat)
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking and troubleshooting
  • Respond to customer queries using pre-scripted responses in a courteous manner
  • Maintain updated knowledge of client regulations and policies
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and organize multiple tasks
  • Participation in internal training is required for this role
