Position Details :

- Schedule : Limited-Service Part-Time positions available
Our center operates 24 / 7, and your targeted start date, hours, and schedule will be discussed with a recruiter. Evening and night shifts are encouraged, offering a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Provide customer service for routine inquiries via various channels (telephone, email, web chat)Utilize computer systems for tracking and troubleshootingRespond to customer queries using pre-scripted responses in a courteous mannerMaintain updated knowledge of client regulations and policiesMinimum Requirements :
