About Your Role :

As an Outpatient Site Supervisor, your duties are varied in nature and are performed under the direct supervision of the Outpatient Regional Director. Duties include but are not limited to :

• Interviewing applicants for vacant positions and making recommendations for hire.
• Assigning and evaluating work of the outpatient therapy staff, including evaluation and assignment of caseloads.
• Abide by all current behavioral health services and outpatient policies and procedures as set forth by the agency and documents all required aspects of job duties.
• Maintain compliance with state and local regulations as well as standards of practice.
• Apply psychological principles, methodology, and techniques to plan treatment and modify behavior and participates in a multi-disciplinary team meetings while providing individual, group, and family psychotherapy from intake through discharge; provides community linkages as required.
• Provide and document supervision and training of assigned personnel including assigning and reviewing work, performance evaluations and tracking / completing administrative reports such as chart audits, caseload assignments, satisfaction surveys, and other statistical program data as assigned.
• Maintain consistency and ensure compliance with all state regulations, policies, and procedures and promptly respond to unusual incidents, accidents, and grievances per relevant policy and procedure and serves as Behavioral Health Services Representative on committees.
• Participates in and conducts staff development, in-service training sessions, supervision and performance quality improvement initiatives
• Reviews staff schedules routinely and makes recommendations regarding need for additional staff or reduction of staff hours.

Billing about 10 - 15 hours per week

Will provide clinical support and oversight to the Juniata and Pottsville outpatient clinics

Pay rate $23-$26 / hour

Does the following apply to you?

A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, or related field and three years’ experience in the field

PA Driver’s License

Preferred (but not required) education and experience :

One year experience in a supervisory role preferred

Professional licensure preferred and is a plus
