Job Description : Dealership Receptionist / Cashier
We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Dealership Receptionist / Cashier to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all our customers and visitors.
This position requires excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and exceptional organizational abilities.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and visitors warmly, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and timely manner, transferring calls to the appropriate departments or personnel as necessary.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to callers or visitors, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Call customers when their EDRS is available, or certify mail them to the customer.
- Manage the dealership's reception area, sales showroom and service lounge, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Covering the Service cashiers when needed
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining composure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to adapt and quickly learn dealership-specific software and systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions independently.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Bilingual is a plus.
