Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is currently seeking a Full Time Substance Abuse Case Manager for its St.
Lucy’s Shelter located in Jersey City, NJ.
St. Lucy's Homeless Shelter is an 80 bed emergency shelter located in Jersey City that ensures safety and builds stability in the lives of homeless men and women.
Job Duties :
- The Substance Abuse Case Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of a service plan that incorporates individual needs assessments, and conducts substance abuse assessments on all residents
- He or she also provides individual and group counseling to residents with a substance abuse history and makes appropriate referrals for treatment and services
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 2-3 years of substance abuse related experience
State of NJ CADC certification preferred
