- Prior field experience in commercial HVAC
- Experience with MS Project, BlueBeam, MS Excel, and Procore

Responsibilities
- Manage one or multiple commercial HVAC projects
- Meet with on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers, and Sub-Contractors
- Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders
- Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers
- Identify upcoming and future projects
- Finish projects on-time and under-budget, exceeding owner and general contractor requirements
