JOB TITLE : Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist for Dickies will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources function, balancing HR objectives with the employee experience.
This person will work specifically with day-to-day operations and HR projects related to delivering business objectives.
To achieve outcomes, they will also work collaboratively with our HR Centers of Excellence and People Services teams to ensure full end-to-end alignment of programs, and appropriate information sharing and consulting on additional client solutions.

How You Will Make a Difference :
- Work with HR Leadership to support organizational design and effectiveness for client groups and provide performance management guidance to drive high performance culture.
- Prioritize HR service delivery in support of business initiatives, providing guidance and recommendations. Partner with respective client group to understand the business challenges and ensure effective support.
- Own the development and execution of enhanced HR / employee communications
- Partner with HRBP on the development and implementation of short and long term organizational strategies to attain business objectives.
- Keep apprised and updated on new regulations, company programs, policies and procedures
- Be a part of the interview process, providing insight to the hiring manager and recruiter related to ability to deliver against brand and functional strategies
- Manage the new hire onboarding experience locally and enhance employee engagement through unique / employee events.
- Collaborate with People Services and Workday Support teams through initiating employee related actions.
- Serve as the bridge to Transaction Partners to answers questions they may have and implement solutions to ensue processes work smoothly across teams
- Maintain Share Point site for Managers and HR to have easy access and / or links to various supporting tools, materials for every stage of the employee journey
- Maintain organizational charts, and updating job descriptions and requirements for all positions within the brand functions.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proven MS Office Suite efficiency
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail; accuracy is essential
- A proven history of success in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to "roll up your sleeves", be solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.

- Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization

Educational / Position Requirements :
Years of Related Professional Experience : 3-5 years
- A completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree with an HR Management focus
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Hiring Range :
$65,600.00 USD - $82,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
