Love boba? Want to make it THE drink on campus? Become a JOYBA® Ambassador!

Your main tasks are to : (1) Distribute JOYBA® full-sized product samples through fun events - tabling events in populated areas on your campus and product drops within various student organizations ;

2) Create and share engaging social media content on your personal Instagram and TikTok accounts. The best content may get promoted, giving you wider visibility and a chance to build your social media following.

Timeline : This part-time role runs through the Spring 2025 semester / quarter.

We're looking for Ambassadors who are outgoing, fun, and inspire their peers to create connections, friendships, and real talk (over real tea!)

Responsibilities

Over the course of the Spring semester / quarter, you will complete the following tasks :

• Distribute all of the provided JOYBA® product samples. Samples arrive in 2-4 increments throughout the program. You will distribute samples through a combination of tabling events in populated areas on your campus and sampling within student organizations.
• 5 TikTok posts - we will boost the best content through TikTok spark ads throughout the program
• 1 Instagram Reels - a repost of your best performing TikTok post
• 1 Instagram static in-feed post
• 8 Instagram stories
• Top performing Ambassadors will be invited to participate in 1 Lunch & Learn video group call - this is an exclusive networking opportunity with members of the JOYBA marketing team (optional)

In addition to the tasks above, you will also be responsible for the following logistics :

• Pre-program virtual training & planning
• Weekly communication with EvolveZ via Slack and video calls
• Capture & submit picture and video content throughout the program
• Adhere to task due dates / milestones that will be shared during program training

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time, currently enrolled college student available to promote JOYBA® in-person on your college campus in the upcoming Spring 2025 semester / quarter.
• Should not be participating in another Ambassador program within the beverage industry.
• Passionate about event planning, social content creation & promotion, and being a trendsetter for new products amongst your peers.

Added bonus if you already love JOYBA®!

• The ability to connect with on-campus organizations (Greek Life / campus clubs) is crucial for this role.
• A strong presence on Instagram and TikTok is required . For Instagram, we require applicants to have at least 1,000 followers with strong engagement rates.

For TikTok, we require applicants to consistently have videos that generate over 500 views.

• Ambassadors must make their Instagram & TikTok accounts public and unhide likes throughout the program.
• This paid, part-time role is as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the US and possess a valid SSN.

HOW EVOLVEZ WORKS :

EvolveZ works with brands like JOYBA® to create and execute their Brand Ambassador programs. For this program, the EvolveZ team will interview, hire, train, and manage the Ambassadors on a weekly basis, while the JOYBA® team maintains general oversight.

The EvolveZ referral program awards you bonuses ranging from $100-$250 for anyone you refer that's hired for the JOYBA job .
