Job Description

Minimum Qualifications :

MD, PhD, ScD, or equivalent doctoral degree in health services research, clinical psychology, health behavior, or related field

Strong research experience and interest in behavioral health among patients with cancer

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a member of a research team

Career goals consistent with academic medicine

Start Date : Summer 2023 (flexible).

Duration : The fellowship is a one-year, full-time commitment, renewable for a second year upon favorable progress and mutual consent.

Compensation and Career Development Support : Salary in excess of NIH guidelines for postdoctoral stipends will be provided along with full benefits.

Fellows will have supplemental funds to support their personal research, career development, and travel as they prepare for an independent research career.

Additional New Requirements : Ability to obtain and maintain a valid drivers license. Computer literacy. Ability to work rotating shifts as required.

Ability to work overtime as required. Ability to learn and use new processes, tools and equipment as required.
