Their primary goal is to ensure the company effectively uses Salesforce to solve business problems, improve processes, and achieve strategic objectives. Unlike a Salesforce Administrator, a BA focuses on strategic projects and business improvement rather than day-to-day operational tasks. Requirements Gathering : documenting business requirements for new features and enhancements on the Salesforce platform. Solution Design : Developing and proposing data-driven solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges and improve processes. Project management : Author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Testing and deployment : Assist with Quality Assurance (QA) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements. Training and support : Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills
Must haves :
- Salesforce knowledge - CG cloud, service cloud
- Solutioning background is a plus
- Strong understanding of Salesforce requirements - able to determine gaps, etc.
