Job Details
- THIS IS AN OBSERVATION UNIT!
- Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered - please include a copy in submission.
- Banner has a specific cover page!
- Vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT / work in.
- This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open / close quick!
- This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all request noted in the highlights section.
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first 2 weeks of assignment.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in 'any' location, please include what states.
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept.

- Minimum 2 years of current PCU experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - Preferred
Schedule Information

- Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays.
- RTO can not exceed 7 days.
