Description : As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by assisting with daily tasks and client interactions.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including managing client communications and follow-ups.
- Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
- Process orders and handle inquiries from clients promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and generate reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in sales and customer relations.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
