Health Services Coordinator (Regulatory)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Regulatory Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for graduates with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field who are passionate about clinical research and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, submission, and tracking of regulatory documents for clinical trials.
• Maintain accurate and organized regulatory files in accordance with company SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams, sponsors, and regulatory agencies to ensure timely approvals and updates.
• Support the development and maintenance of study-specific regulatory binders and documentation.
• Monitor regulatory timelines and ensure compliance with IRB and sponsor requirements.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
