The person we are looking for willjoin the Pikolinos team in the Miami office and will be responsiblefor managing the recovery of creations in the American market.
Itis essential that you currently reside in Miami.
And for this the main functionsof your day to day are going to be :
Management of manual credit memos from the USA onlinestore.
Consolidation of UPS claims.
Managementof penalties by VIP Customers USA.
Manage special andspecific requirements for VIP USA customers
Support inoffice administrative tasks review of mail invoices and supervisethe purchase of consumables in theoffice.
Wewant to know you if :
Youlive in Miami.
You have experience in asimilar position.
You can have a written and oralconversation fluently in English andSpanish.
Well organized able to multitask andwork well under pressure and tightdeadlines.
Must be proficient in MS Office(Outlook Word and excel).
