We are seeking an organized and dynamic Membership + Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, supporting the membership + events teams on all administrative needs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO :

  • Become a Peoplevine expert and manage all necessary Peoplevine tasks, bringing in necessary departments as needed to keep Peoplevine running smoothly.
  • Develop and furnish reports for ownership / management reflecting membership figures (intakes, attrition, budgeting, and other data points.
  • Stay on top of all member payments, following up with members to collect updated information, etc.
  • Respond to members via phone, email and through Peoplevine in an expeditious, professional, and high-touch manner.
  • Provide support to applicants that have questions on the application form and facilitate the process for as many submissions as possible.
  • Manage event sign-ups for member programming (complimentary and ticketed) and liaise with membership and food & beverage teams to ensure transparency around RSVPs and staffing needs.
  • Absorb any ad hoc projects delegated by the Head of Member Relations and / or ownership
  • Support execution of event concepts tailored to our members’ interests, including culinary experiences, mixology classes, live music performances, themed parties, and more.
  • Support end-to-end production of events, ensuring all events are delivered to the highest standards.
  • Support management in the coordination of all logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment rental, staffing, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure supportive presence for the duration of all member events.
  • Enthusiasm for providing highest caliber customer service to members and prospective members. Professional manners via telephone, in writing and in person.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Assist and / or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION / WORKING KNOWLEDGE :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality and / or event management, preferably within a luxury hospitality or membership club environment.
  • Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
  • 21+ years of age
