We're looking for an outstanding New College Graduate to join our Game Engine Performance team where you will make a direct impact on the very foundation of Roblox.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of enhancing engine performance while delivering increasingly complex workloads with great performance.

You’ll work with our intelligent resources management system that trades off performance for memory and CPU, creating the best player experience.

You will bring top tier experiences global by enabling them to run smoothly on all devices, especially low-spec Android phones.

If you're excited by the challenge of solving complex, large-scale problems in the gaming world especially in the realm of UGC, scale, and C++ and love working alongside passionate, experienced engineers, this is the perfect opportunity for you to thrive on our dynamic and growing game engine team.

You Are :

• Possessing / possess an undergraduate / graduate degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field
• Proficient in C++ and one or more programming languages such as Lua, Rust, Typescript, and C#
• Passionate about games, user-generated content, and social networking
• A problem solver who excels in ambiguous environments and quickly develops proficiency in coding standards

You Will :

• Design, code, test, and debug features
• Ship code to production
• Work with Roblox's Design, Product, Data, QA, and DevOps teams
• Report to one of our many teams to coordinate any products or features you are working on
