We are a local marketing and business development firm in the heart of New Hyde Park. We have partnered with some of the nations largest telecommunication companies to assist them with generating new customer acquisitions and bring awareness to their new products and services available.
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate that will work with our customers directly to promote and bring awareness to our clients products and service.
The Customer Service Associate will work with our diverse team to gain experience in customer service, sales, direct marketing and business development.
The Customer Service Associate will also work within local market territories with customers to educate them on services and provide excellent service.
Due to recent expansions, we are looking to train our Customer Service Associate's into leadership roles to continue to help us grow and strive in more industries.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties :
- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions. Suggest information about products and services.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- We provide full training to all Customer Service Associates.
This is an in-office position that is set to start immediately, so we are looking for an individual that is local to New Hyde Park and able to start in 1-2 weeks.
Hours Of Operation : 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm
