Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY :
To assist and maintain high quality standards of food cooking, preparation, service, while maintaining a positive attitude and promoting the enthusiasm of the culinary experience at Yaya's Eurobistro.
PRIMARY DUTIES :
Prior to serving time, kitchen is ready for service, including serving utensils and prepared food items at the station.
Responsible for station i.e. hot food, cold food items, dessert.
Working with a professional and courteous attitude along with promoting a positive work environment and generating strong employee moral.
Communicate problems to the executive chef and sous chef.
Adherence to policies and procedures.
Kitchen is clean and properly stocked.
Perform any and all other duties assigned.
Perform additional daily cleaning assignments; including stoves, ovens, refrigerators and storage areas.
To work accordingly with entire kitchen staff and management.
Respect the customer, property and employees.
Responsible for safety and sanitary procedures set by management and the health department.
