Kesma Flame Lily LLC is a team of mental health professionals that specialize in Trauma Informed and Multicultural Mental Health evaluations, clinical social work, and family therapy. The Licensed Clinician plays a critical role is to provide recovery oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. The Licensed Clinician will be willing to adapt in any environment and have a passion to heal, discover and educate.

Key Responsibilities :
The Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse client population under clinical supervisionThis position is ideal for therapists seeking hours toward full licensure and committed to culturally responsive, trauma-informed careProvide individual, couples, and / or family therapy services to clients from diverse backgroundsDevelop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in compliance with state and agency standardsDeliver trauma-informed, evidence-based, and culturally relevant interventionsParticipate in case consultation, team meetings, and supervisionSupport outreach, wellness programming, or community engagement initiatives as aligned with your interestsMaintain timely documentation according to agency standardsMaintain professional licensure and continuing education requirementsAttend weekly supervision and team meetingsUphold ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA complianceRequired Qualifications :
Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related fieldCommitment to culturally responsive, anti-oppressive mental health careStrong clinical judgment, ethical practice, and documentation skillsComfortable working with clients virtually and / or in personMasters degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related fieldPursuing licensure to practice as a Psychotherapist or equivalent certificationStrong understanding of therapy techniquesExcellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgroundsDemonstrated ability to manage cases effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamCommitment to providing empathetic care while maintaining professional boundaries
