Location : Fully Remote (MA, RI, SC, NY, NH) Pay Rate :
- Starting at $22.50 / hour
- Increase to $25 / hour upon completion of training
- Temp-to-perm with annual raises

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
- Use QuickBooks training provided.
- Participate in mandatory team meetings : Wednesdays from 11 : 00 AM 12 : 00 PM (EST)Thursdays from 9 : 00 AM 10 : 30 AM (EST)
- Maintain consistent communication and collaboration with the team.
- Flexible hours : Minimum of 10 hours per week (up to 30 hours / week). Daily minimum of 3 hours.
What We're Looking For :
- A couple of years of bookkeeping experience.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of accounting.
- Strong commitment to our vision and values.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work.
- QuickBooks certification is a plus, but training will be provided.
