Job Description
- Administers medication, performs procedures and tests, and documents treatment
- Orders and evaluates diagnostic tests
- Assesses patient needs and responses to care
- Provides primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses
- Collaborates with nursing team to create a Plan of Care for patients
- Directs ancillary personnel and maintains nursing standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current RN license
- Certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- 1-3 years of clinical RN experience in Med-Surg or Progressive Care
- Communication, prioritization, organizational, and time-management skills
- Knowledge of quality concepts and principles
