What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Monitoring overall sales operations process and service on all Component Foam orders
- Managing customer relationships, issue resolution, and cost center budget
- Driving effective customer order handling and shipping procedures
- Providing leadership to on-site and remote customer service representatives
- Implementing and monitoring sales and marketing strategy in Customer Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related work experience managing a customer service environment
- Effective leader with strong communication skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- SAP Super User with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience managing remote employees
- Approximately 5% domestic travel
