EMPLOYMENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE (1972)
Our client is seeking a 3rd-5th Year Associate for their Employment Law Department. The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience, with a strong preference for those with employment litigation experience, including managing teams and directing strategy.
Experience in trade secrets, covenants not to compete, pay equity, enforcement litigation, or class / collective actions is a plus.
