We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Clinical Manager (RN) opportunity to cover Boynton Beach, FL. This role will primarily work in an office and also perform field case management. Interviewing immediately.
Position : Clinical Manager (RN)
Location : Boynton Beach, FL
Clinical Manager Duties :
Perform case management, oversight, and coordination of care for all skilled disciplines.
Provide nursing care and treatment of home care patients in accordance with the plan of treatment and approved authorizations.
Coordinate patient admission with other members of the care team
Clinical Manager Qualifications :
FL RN License
At least one (1) year of supervisory / management experience
Experienced in Medicare Home Health and experience with OASIS review
Strong case management and working knowledge of Medicare
Clinical Manager Salary :
Competitive Salary ($85k++ Starting)
