Job Role : Production Accounting Specialist
Location : Houston TX
Job Description :
We are seeking Production Accounting Specialist who will be doingdevelopment, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of applications used to capture, integrate, and allocate production volumes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the implementation of Production Accounting Systems
- Discovery - Gather requirements (Customer engagement)
- Provide solution and Implement solution
- Collaborate with client business groups, internal team members and other internal resource.
- Lead or support projects of different sizes, analyzing data to identify gaps and find solutions, and collaborating with teams.
- Collaborate with the business and technical teams to facilitate the new report via the database and application.
- Do the application maintenance and support like upgrade to the new versions, its testing.
- Provide training and training documentation.
Required Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in business / Engineering / Information technology or related areas.
- Proficient in Production Accounting Domain of Oil and Gas industry.
- 15+ years of industrial experience with 5+ years in the Production Accounting Systems (Procount or Joyn) implementation and support.
- Proficiency in SQL Database and excellent communication skills.
- Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering skills.
- Experience in the upstream Oil and Gas industry preferred.
