I am partnered with Florida’s leading heavy civil construction firm, currently seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee and manage complex paving projects across the state.

Salary : $130,000+ (D.O.E.)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple heavy civil projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet contractual obligations.
- Establish strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for project-related matters.
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve project challenges and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality standards to achieve operational excellence.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project staff.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role in heavy civil construction, with a focus on asphalt and paving projects.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage project budgets, and interface with clients.
- Experience with public / private partnerships and various delivery methods such as design-build and bid-build.
- Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.
