The Job :

As a Lead Business Systems Analyst - JDE, you’ll be part of our JDE Center of Excellence team working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to :

Partner with business experts to gather requirements, analyze processes, and develop solutions using Stanley Black and Decker's applications.

Design, configure, test, implement, and maintain business processes and applications for manufacturing.

Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost / benefit analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives.

Work closely with business users to define and analyze problems and figure out the most suitable technical, application, or configuration solutions

Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establishing project budgets

Work with architects and developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specs

Validate business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process

Oversee UAT activities to ensure business and system requirements are met

As JDE subject matter expert, lead both innovation and strategy development with subject as well as day-to-day activities

Provide technical and functional guidance to team members

Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (requirements documentation, process flow charts, training materials, release requirements).

Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred

5+ years of related experience

Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations / problems using multiple sources of information

Requirements definition and management

Understanding of core business processes and purposes of each functional area in a manufacturing environment
