Description :

This position is central to the overall flow of the department of environmental services and functions in a dispatch capacity.

Provides clerical support while interacting with all levels within the organization. Serves as a departmental service ambassador by acknowledging, greeting, and assisting staff, customers, and vendors to access services in a manner that consistently delivers exceptional customer service.

Estimated pay range for this position is $17.02 - $20.59 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications :

• Degrees : High School, Cert, GED, Trn, Exper
• Experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills preferred.
• Ability to proficiently work with Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to type at least 25 wpm.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service skills.

Minimum Required Experience : 1 Year
