Senior Payroll Specialist
We're looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist. This is a hybrid role or remote on Pacific hours. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for :

- Process semi-monthly US and Canadian payroll.
- Report US and Canada equity transactions in payroll.
- Perform variable pay, stock, or other supplemental or non-recurring pay runs, ensuring tax deposits.
- Ensure reporting and payment of the employer's and employees' withholding taxes and withholdings.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of processing payroll for publicly traded companies.
- Experience processing payroll with Ceridian Dayforce.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience processing payroll with ADP Workforce Now.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
