Quantech has an immediate opening for a Test Manager supporting the C3I&N Directorate located at Hanscom AFB, MA. Specific duties include but are not limited to the following :
- The candidate must be able to provide Validation & Verification (V&V) support services in accordance with the program’s integrated Test Plan, program development / sustainment contracts, and PMO practices.
- The candidate shall provide V&V support services for effective management, in compliance with Air Force SEAM processes including AFI 99-103, Capabilities Based Test and Evaluation;
and Major Command (MAJCOM), Center, and Directorate guidance.
- The candidate shall provide test planning support services for C3I&N Directorate activities in compliance with DoD, Air Force, C3I&N and AFLCMC test instructions, policies, and procedures.
- The candidate shall support the following requirements :
- Prepare test plans and procedures.
- Prepare TEMPs.
- Prepare and review test analyses.
- Prepare T&E segments of Acquisition Documentation.
- Monitor test events.
- Support certification test activities, such as JITC.
- Support training required to execute test activities.
- Review and analyze engineering test documentation, analysis reports, and trade-off studies.
- Support data collection of test data during development and operational test events.
- Support FCAs / PCAs.
Job Requirements
- SECRET Clearance required.
- Possess the ability to work independently and apply the proper procedures and processes related to their assigned tasks.
- Possess strong communication skills and utilize those skills to build relationships with supported customers.
- Experience with SharePoint to include managing, uploading and editing program data and files. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- MA / MS with 12 Years of experience in the respective discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD or BA / BS with 15 Yrs exp and 5 in DoD.
Salary information below is a general guide only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as business and market considerations.
Salary Range : $130,000 - $140,000
