Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of real estate law, particularly in litigation matters, and demonstrate the ability to manage cases independently while delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a wide range of real estate litigation cases, including disputes involving real estate agents, property owners, and commercial lease negotiations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on real estate litigation matters.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to California bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing real estate litigation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
