Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, CNS or Physician Assistant to join a well-respected in-patient palliative care team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The Provider would focus on diagnosing, evaluating, and providing palliative care treatment to patients with physical impairments or disabilities that involve cancer, musculoskeletal, neurologic, cardiovascular, and other chronic diseases of the body.
Their primary concern is alleviation of chronic pain. The Provider would work Mon-Fri 9 : 00am 5 : 00pm and work as a integral member of an interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Providers, social workers and discharge planners.
Call will be weekends 1 : 5 and can be handled over the phone triage only. Collaborating physician and Provider support is always available on-site.
The ideal candidate would have experience in an inpatient palliative care, oncology or hospice setting and must achieve ACHPN certification within one year of employment (courses and certification paid for by the practice).
The base salary would be $,-$,+ (Depending Upon Experience) with incentives, 5 days of CME and a $3, CME Allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental and K with match, STD, LTD, malpractice coverage including tail, .
