Job Title : Maintenance Tech

Compensation : $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, based on experience and shift

Shifts Available FT Day shift

The Opportunity

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in campus facilities. Maintenance Technician services provided are in accord with facility policies and procedures and consistent with state and federal laws and regulations to maintain an environment that enhances the quality of life for residents.

What You Bring to Bethany

Knowledge of and ability to perform plumbing and electrical tasks; and knowledge of repair practices and procedures.

Ability to operate equipment such as hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner.

Read, follow and carry out detailed but uncomplicated written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions; completing simple checklists and filling out forms

Excellent attendance and reliability

Strong teamwork and customer service skills

Ability to support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect
