With operations in multiple states and a trusted model that delivers consistent results, the firm is now hiring a Remote Associate Attorney based in Nebraska to support continued growth.

Position : Associate Attorney

Location : Fully Remote (Must reside in Nebraska)

Compensation : $85,000–$95,000 + Full Benefits

Bar Admission : Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nebraska Bar

Experience : 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

About the Role :

This is a rare opportunity for attorneys who want to make a meaningful difference—without the pressure of billable hours, business development, or late nights. You'll be given a full caseload, full remote setup, and strong support from a collaborative legal team.

Responsibilities :

Manage cases from intake through resolution

Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel

Handle matters involving debt collection, financial disputes, and tenant rights

Track progress using the firm's Salesforce-based case management system

Collaborate with experienced attorneys and support staff

What You Won't Do :

No billable hour requirements

No sales or business development

No need to chase clients or generate fees

No late nights—standard 9-to-6 schedule

Ideal Candidate Profile :

Active Nebraska Bar license and Nebraska residency

1–2 years of relevant legal experience (litigation or negotiation)

Background in consumer law, financial issues, or personal injury a plus

Organized, empathetic, and client-focused

Not managing a side practice—this is a full-time, dedicated role
