Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Call Center Management and Agents
Manage the day-to-day Agent Onboarding Process and activities
Assist with the annual Open Enrollment Readiness Tasks as needed
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
Experience with text-based communication tools
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
